S-RIM technology allows us to produce inexpensive molds to produce plastic parts. The main advangages are short moldmaking lead time and reduced tooling investment. The mold price can be reduced by 60% compared to a steel mold. The drawback is that the material PU is quite expensive and therefore the unit price is higher but when considering the amortization cost of the tools this solution is still suitable for small and medium series

The S-RIM Process (Reaction In Mold)  allows us to duplicate in small and medium quantity any kind of car parts without the need to invest in an expesnive tool such as Steel Mold. Asie Technique developt and manufacture car parts and accessories in Taiwan for the account of car parts exporter. We use a PU material formula from Axson France, give good resistance to UV light as well as good resistance behaviour.

Since 1998 we use Rheological tool to validate mold design assumptions made by our mold makers. This has allowed us to shorten the trial & Error cycle for our customers. We have reduced the number of try shots necessary to validate a mold, and helped us to increase the quality level of  the injected parts.

Injection parameters are simulated and approved before the mold testing and results are used to correct part design for a  better molding.

Reducing the number of operation required to qualify a tool has enabled us to reduce the overall cost of our molds
